Marshall is together with legendary guitarist Slash, putting together an amp with Appetite or Destruction.
Slash appeared at the Marshall booth at this years NAMM 2010 show to unveil cool new amp. Named AFD100 (Appetite for destruction), it recreates the fabled 100-watt JCM2203 the guitar magician used when recording Guns N' Roses 1987 debut album Appetite For Destruction, an album that put Guns N' Roses on the rock n'roll map and reinvented rock guitar in the process.
The original sound on the Appetite album is legendary, and now it will be possible to get rockin with that sweet sound yourself.
Paul Marshall: "Slash is going in to the studio for his new solo album which will be available from April 6. It's such an exciting opportunity for all of us to recreate that Appetite tone, that we couldn't keep quiet about it."
Fans and other interested can follow the proces of making this piece of rock history on the AFD100 website
